Georgia Apply To College Week- November 9, 2010

This year, Duluth High School has been selected to participate in the Georgia Applt to College Week program. GACW, held on November 9, 2010, has the goal of providing all Georgia high school seniors the opportunity to apply to college using the GAcollege411.org website while receiving assistance from specially trained college and community volunteers. The event has a focus on providing assistance to first generation and under-represented students as they complete an application for admission.

Notice to Students: Prior to participating in the event, students need to complete preparatory work, such as creating a GAcollege411 account, researching colleges and completing a practice application, so that they can make the most of the assistance they will receive during their school's event and successfully submit at least one college admission application at that time.

Senior Parent Night Info

For those parents and seniors who were not able to attend Senior Parent Night, please take a look at the powerpoint that was presented that evening. Completed Senior Letters will be mailed home near the beginning of November. As always, if you have any concerns or questions regarding your senior, please contact their counselor for clarification.
